New Defence Quests:
1. Bacon Tower min lvl 6
2. Scouts min number 3k (3000)
3. ATs min 2500
4. Traps max. 1000
5. Abatis max. 500
This are minimum quests. Flamans Alliance can become more stronger if every city are upon this numbers. (exeptions: traps and abatis)
