From Flamans Chronicles

I am writing this article with the purpose to give an insight to a real simulation of human history. War, peace, submission , pressure and usurpation are part of our common past. I am sure it will be also a part of our future. I will further give you pieces from Flamans past because I believe in the saying The past is the gate to the future.

Beginnings

Flamans as an alliance was founded by Lord Emira at the very beginning of the NA5 Evony server. The active players at that time was Emira,Niobe,777, Daphine,Richie33us, Hollipop and many others.Of all these Emira and 777 ,Richie33us and Hollipop came from Age I Evony play. This is Flamans was organised.

Flamans Politics

From its beginnings Flamans was founded on strong principles very unusual for a war game transforming its way of playing into a strategy game. Flamans was built on values like peace freedom progress and reasonable war.

Events

I

Daphin (usurper nr1 - it’s so funny to know and to recreate the psychology of a usurper) was promoted as vice host . The decision of this promotion was in base of her offer in helping Flamans to organise themselves collecting and giving information. Even though she was a noob, her willingness of progressing was evident

External agreements with all the alliances in Swabia, Flamans efforts were to promote peace and stability with the only condition that Flamans are independent in their decisions and have no single city under colonisation. This was made clear even to the commander of DarkS and Proxys. Flamans aim was respected by its allies and gain more respect in their diplomatic negotiation skills.
But we don’t have to ever forget that the apple marches from inside. The two officers of Flamans wanted war for all costs instead of peace. They started the usurpation complot

Usurpation psychology

Traits: back talks un-obedience of the host request , double standards, redness and ironic comments, partial information, trying to send army where the loss is evident , creating damages, put a player against the other, arrogance, instigation of external allies.

IV

Elimination

Daphin resigned from the position as vice host and started the usurpation.777 .The Presbyter hided information from his host had an no active attitude towards Flamans and passive for his host. Having a big army it was a real threat for Flamans. He could have caused an open war .
Desarmation
The host took advantage of a previous agreement with 777 taking a level 10 NPC. In this way she decided to create a situation where her Presbyter would have big losses. She knew that the second attack will be with big troops so she sent just worriers in the first attack causing bigger damages on the second attack. In the end level 10 NPC was taken by the host.

Expel

In the second day Daphin was expelled from the alliance. Because of these acts 777 decided to go out from Flamans. He resigned and definitely went out .The strike because of his unreasonably and his offences to the host . Emira resigned from her opposition and decided to have a trust vote from Flamans members hoping that all 777and Daphin friends will come out.

In conclusion

Surprisingly all members of Flamans supported the host policy and they decided to rename the host as Emira.

Personal conclusion

I have to thank all the Flamans for their support and decisions especially to Teal that I will name her from now on The Wise Teal. Thank you to my other vice hosts Deek and Woodyhay and all those who wrote to me.

If you look..flamanss just lost acouple of big players. Yesterday the leader took over a lvl 10npc. If you want to attack now is the time.

Just wanted to let you know that we know you are having some internal conflicts due to our new agreement but we have no intention of taking advantage of that information. We appreciate the friendly status and will standby you if you have trouble due to our agreement.
